Job description
Highgate Hotels seeks an accomplished finance leader to steer the Hawaii portfolio. You will partner with hotel leaders and ownership groups to optimize performance, maintain strong internal controls, and drive long-term value across multiple properties.
Reporting to the SVP Finance, you will guide budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year plans while mentoring Area Directors of Finance and property controllers. Travel across the islands is expected to support a cohesive region-wide strategy.
