Job description
King Kamehameha Kona Beach Resort Courtyard By Marriott is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead strategy and execution for all sales and marketing initiatives on the Island of Hawaii. The role drives revenue growth, increases market share, and optimizes profitability across segments including group, tour and travel, and catering.
The ideal candidate has at least five years of leadership in hotel sales/marketing, strong Marriott-brand alignment, and knowledge of Hawaii markets.
