Job description
Diversity Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide Home Based Primary Care services for Veterans, delivering a full range of clinical care to meet quality, timeliness, and mission goals. The NP practices to the full extent of education, training, and certification with prescriptive authority as indicated by the position.
This is not a remote position. The NP collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, supports care planning, and leads patient-centered strategies under VA guidelines.
