This position is to fill open full-time emergency medicine physician positions.
The need is urgent, with an ASAP start date.
The schedule is a rotational format with no call requirements.
The site medical director will approve timesheets weekly.
Expectations for orientation include a two-day shadowing experience.
Emergency privileges may be available depending on the applicant's background.
Case logs are required, with specifics to be determined.
The facility has 159 beds and an average daily billable encounter of 113.
The average number of daily admissions is approximately 17.
Consults are available, although the exact number is unknown.
The patient population served is significant, with annual ER admissions around 3942.
The facility is accredited as a chest pain center and stroke center, but it is not a trauma center.
