nA Better Solution In Home Care has been helping individuals and families with their care needs since 2005. We are seeking caregivers to join our amazing care team! We work personally with each caregiver’s schedule and skill set to make good client/caregiver matches.
nOur clients are located as far South as Bellevue and as far North as Mount Vernon and everywhere in between!
nWe are looking for Caregivers that are committed, have compassion for others and are eager to work.
nJob Description
nPersonal care, including bathing assistance
nTransfers & ambulation
nMeal preparation, special diets
nTransportation to appointments and shopping
nLight house keeping, home management
nMedication reminders
nCompanionship & supervision
nJob Requirements:
nLicensed/certified CNA/HCA’s or those willing to get licensed within 200 days of hire.
nDriver’s License and proof of insurance or reliable source of transportation
nMust pass background check & have at least 2 positive professional references
nReliable and punctual (must show up/not call out)
nCaring and compassionate (have a passion for caregiving)
nGood written and oral communication skills
nPrevious experience as a caregiver preferred but we are willing to support and train new caregivers
nMember businesses are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member business, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that business.
