We are seeking caregivers to join our amazing care team! We work personally with each caregiver's schedule and skill set to make good client/caregiver matches. Our clients are located as far South as Bellevue and as far North as Mount Vernon and everywhere in between! We are looking for caregivers that are committed, have compassion for others and are eager to work. The client lives in La Connor, she has dementia and they are in need of companion care and light housekeeping.Job DescriptionPersonal care, including bathing assistanceTransfers & ambulationMeal preparation, special dietsTransportation to appointments and shoppingLight housekeeping, home managementMedication remindersCompanionship & supervisionJob RequirementsLicensed/certified CNA/HCA's or those willing to get licensed within 200 days of hire.Driver's License and proof of insurance or reliable source of transportationMust pass background check & have at least 2 positive professional referencesReliable and punctual (must show up/not call out)Caring and compassionate (have a passion for caregiving)Good written and oral communication skillsPrevious experience as a caregiver preferred but we are willing to support and train new caregiversCompensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hourProfessional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers.
