## Description**Position**: Bachelor’s Level Direct Care Staff**Location: Hampton,** SC.**Job Type:** Full-time contractors**Pay Range:**$18-$19/hr. for face-to-face Behavior Support $23 -25/hr for Crisis Management **We offer:** Competitive pay based on experience, flexibility with your schedule. Opportunity to have a positive impact on children and families in an award-winning agency. **Qualifications/Experience**:***Bachelor’s degree*** from a program that is primarily psychological in nature (e.g., counseling, guidance, or social science equivalent) from an accredited university or college and experience working with the population we serve preferred.Wright Directions Family Services (WDFS) are community-based services for at-risk youth which include: (Behavioral Health Screening, Diagnostic Assessment Services, Therapy/Counseling Services and Service Plan Development). WDFS received accolades Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. These are medical or remedial services that have been recommended by a physician for maximum reduction of physical or mental disability and restoration of a beneficiary to their best possible functional level.**Duties/Responsibilities:*** Behavioral modification intervention to children and adolescents with mild to severe behavioral disturbances.* In-school, after-school/evening, home & community-based service interventions.* Family Support Services designed to assist families to develop strategies for coping more effectively with problems resulting from behavioral health issues.* Independent Living Skills - basic living, problem-solving, and social skill building.***Equal Employment Opportunity***Wright Direction Family Service is committed to the principle of Equal Employment Opportunity for all employees and applicants.
