Job description
Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Director of HCM Applications to lead our HCM technology strategy across Jacksonville or Orlando, FL. You will direct the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM roadmap, manage vendor partnerships, and ensure secure, scalable systems aligned with our pediatric health mission.
