Job description
Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Texas seeks a Manager for the Meat Science Laboratory within the Cooperative Agricultural Research Center to lead operations, supervise staff, coordinate resources, and ensure food safety compliance.
The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Animal Science or related field with at least five years in the meat industry, including supervisory experience, and demonstrates strong communication and multitasking abilities.
