Job description
Duke University Health System’s Oncology Division in Durham, NC seeks a board-certified Medical Oncologist (MD or MD/PhD) to serve as Service Chief for Head and Neck Cancer. This leadership role sets and executes a strategic vision for the service while ensuring delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
The Service Chief provides clinical oversight, leads program development, and supports recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of service personnel.
