About This Role
The Head & Neck Clinic Staff Nurse provides nursing care to a defined group of patients, coordinating and facilitating healthcare services in collaboration with the healthcare team. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to work in a dynamic environment focused on patient-centered care.

Pay: $44 - $81/hour
Location: Olympia, WA
Facility: Kaiser Permanente
Schedule: Full Time, 3-8's (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM)
What You'll Do
Provide ongoing assessment of nursing care needs for a defined group of patients.
Develop a written plan of care for patient care needs.
Assist patients and families in developing healthcare goals.
Determine priorities of patient care based on essential needs and resources.
Provide nursing interventions safely and competently.
Communicate recognition of patients' psychosocial, cultural, and emotional needs.
Develop an educational component for each nursing care plan.
Assess patient lifestyle risk factors and integrate health promotion into care.
Participate in continued education programs and staff orientation.
Collaborate with managers in performance reviews and quality assurance activities.
Requirements
Education:
Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience:
Prior head/neck experience preferred
Licenses & Certifications:
Current RN License in Washington
