Job description
Emory Healthcare in Georgia is seeking an RN Charge Nurse Clinician for Head and Neck plans. The role coordinates daily shift operations, mentors staff, and collaborates with physicians and administrators to ensure patient- and family-centered care.
The incumbent leads initiatives, ensures policy compliance, and drives outcomes using the Synergy model for care. Qualified applicants have a BSN, 2+ years of nursing experience in the area, and current Georgia RN licensure; BLS; ACLS may be required
