Job description
Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation in Jonesboro, Arkansas, is seeking a Head Nurse to oversee patient care and staff management along with daily operations of a nursing unit. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Key responsibilities include evaluating interventions, participating in clinical leadership activities, and collaborating with various disciplines to improve patient outcomes. BLS certification is required within 14 days of hire, and ACLS certification is preferred.
