Job description
Newburgh, NY-based New York Cancer and Blood Specialists (NYCBS) seeks a Head Nurse (RN) to lead nursing operations on 4/10 shifts, Tue-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm, with on-site care emphasis and a focus on patient safety and satisfaction. The Head Nurse ensures staffing, training, and adherence to standards.
You will require a NY RN license, BLS, and at least two years in a managerial role, plus strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills. EMR proficiency is preferred.
