Job description
Harris & Co Executive Search is seeking an experienced Director of Operations for a premier chemical manufacturer in Wisconsin. You will guide a large site team and oversee Production, Maintenance, Engineering and supporting functions around the clock.
You will own plant KPIs such as safety, throughput, OEE, quality and cost, while driving continuous improvements to increase reliability, reduce downtime and optimize performance. A strong process-safety culture is essential.
