Job description
Sanofi in Cambridge, MA seeks a Head of Marketing for the AATD franchise to lead brand strategy, commercial execution, and cross-functional orchestration across the portfolio, including preparing for launch readiness of new assets.
The role directs the US marketing team, integrates a dedicated TLL organization, and partners with Global and US leadership to align strategy with field execution while representing the voice of HCPs, patients, KOLs, and patient advocacy groups in brand planning.
