Job description
Aikido Security is looking for its first Head of Account Management for the US to scale our post-sales motion. You will own renewals and expansions, build structure, coach the team, and ensure predictable, data-driven outcomes.
As a senior leader, you will define segmentation, run renewal forecasting, and create playbooks. You’ll drive retention and expansion in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment with ownership and speed.
