Job description
Arrivia, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Accounting Operations to lead the close, strengthen financial reporting, and develop our accounting team. This is a hybrid role based in Scottsdale, with four days per week onsite.
You will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and lead a team of senior and staff accountants. You will coach early-career accountants and drive process improvements, while ensuring ASC 842 compliance and strong internal controls across a multi-entity organization.
