Job description
Siemens Energy is seeking a Head of Additive Manufacturing at its Winston-Salem, NC facility to lead a fast-growing, advanced manufacturing operation. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitability while scaling additive technologies into serial production across multidisciplinary teams.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business and 10+ years of leadership with strong financial and operational acumen in regulated manufacturing environments.
