Job description

A leading D2C mattress brand is seeking a Head of Affiliate Marketing to drive significant revenue growth through innovative partnerships. This remote role requires over 5 years of affiliate marketing experience, especially within the North American sleep sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to scale partnerships using advanced tracking tools. Compensation includes a salary of USD $100k – $130k per annum plus performance bonuses.
