Job description
Rose Associates seeks a Director of Affordable Housing to oversee a growing portfolio, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead teams across sites in New York. The role requires expertise in LIHTC, subsidies, and regulatory reporting, with strong relationships to government agencies and stakeholders.
