Sanofi is seeking a visionary Head of Agentic Biology within the CompAI group to transform early discovery using AI-first approaches. You will design enterprise-scale computational ecosystems, integrate multi-modal data, and drive go/no-go decisions across immunology, oncology, neuroscience, and rare diseases.
