Job description
Mission Sciences is seeking a Head of Demand to transform customer needs into structured demand and manage the full lifecycle of opportunity creation. You will build the Demand Engine and optimize conversion across four phases: Discovery, Matching, Pathway, and Close.
This role requires 7–15+ years in business development or sales leadership, with strong AI proficiency and knowledge of the federal market. The compensation ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 base plus commission and equity.
