Motive Workforce seeks a hands-on, business-minded Director of Business Systems & AI to modernize its technology backbone. This leader will own the end-to-end replacement of Foundation Software with Sage and will oversee the AI roadmap in partnership with an outsourced consultant.
The role translates job costing, estimating, service dispatch, payroll and billing into clean data, reliable systems and automation that save hours and improve margins.
