Pagaya is seeking a Head of PL & POS Growth to own strategy and execution for expanding our footprint across Personal Loans and Point of Sale. You will land tier-one bank and fintech partnerships as an elite IC, driving enterprise deals with a data-driven, AI-forward approach.
The role blends sales leadership with cross-functional collaboration across Risk, Tech, Product, Partnerships, Legal, and Data to accelerate Pagaya’s growth and broaden consumer lending access.
