Job description
Capital One is seeking a Director of Search to lead the organic and AI-search vision across Capital One experiences. Embedded within Critical Mass, you will translate a rapidly evolving search landscape into practical, measurable opportunities across SEO, GEO, AEO, and AI-driven experiences.
You will own the strategy, lead audits, guide optimization, connect organic and paid search, and build a data-driven performance framework aligned to Capital One business priorities and governance.
