Job description
Coforge, via Momentuum Blue, seeks Head of Recruiting to own end-to-end talent acquisition for academy cohorts and senior lateral hires. You will lead employer branding, analytics, and university partnerships with a clear focus on scalable, AI-enabled recruiting.
The role reports to the CTO and drives the talent funnel for rapid growth. You will partner across university channels, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality hires for FDE domains, while shaping Momentuum
