Quince is seeking a Director of Product, Search to transform onsite search from a keyword-based tool into an intelligent, personalized discovery engine. You will strengthen data platforms, lead experimentation, and drive AI-powered improvements on top of Algolia, collaborating with data science, ML, and engineering teams.
