Job description
Genesys is seeking a Director of AI Product Marketing to shape how AI powers the CX story, owning positioning, messaging, and proof points that resonate with customers, analysts, and the field.
You will translate what Product and Engineering build into market-ready narratives, arm sales with differentiated stories, and bring market and competitive insight back to guide AI strategy. You’ll lead a team of AI product marketers driving launches, adoption, and go-to-market excellence.
