Job description
GSK in the UK seeks a Senior Director, R&D AI & Technology Adoption. You will shape how R&D adopts AI and technology to deliver measurable value, and lead a small hands-on adoption capability.
You will establish a hub-and-spoke model coordinating cross‑R&D adoption, define roadmaps, and partner with priority tech programs. The role starts at Stevenage and will relocate to Cambridge by early 2029, operating in a hybrid model.
