Job description

Barclays in the United States (New Jersey) seeks a Director of AI Strategy & Transformation to translate the bank's AI ambition into an enterprise roadmap with clear investment priorities and executive accountability.

You will own the AI roadmap, develop investment cases, conduct market benchmarking, and lead workforce transformation to align operating models with AI-enabled growth across the organization.
