Job description
BEA seeks a senior commercial leader to own the Americas sales and marketing strategy and drive growth across OEMs, distribution, and wholesale channels. You will lead Sales Management, Customer Service, and Technical Service as a unified team, delivering customer value and technical credibility.
Engage with executives to shape regional plans, manage budgets, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams. Travel ~50% to develop key accounts and opportunities.
