Job description
Ion Storage Systems in Beltsville, MD is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Engineering to lead a major scale-up from prototype to high-volume automated production. The role centers on equipment, automation, line architecture, and capital planning to deliver >100x throughput.
You will design and integrate automated systems, build a high-performing team, and collaborate with vendors to create a reliable, state-of-the-art manufacturing line in a precision battery context.
