Job description
Uline is seeking a Head of Benefits to lead and evolve our enterprise benefits portfolio across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. This strategic, hands-on leader will influence long-term strategy, enhance the employee experience and oversee health, retirement, wellness, disability and leave programs at scale.
The role requires 15+ years in progressive benefits roles, leadership experience, and strong vendor management.
