Job description
Matchroom Boxing is seeking an experienced events operations lead to oversee all USA and Mexico event activities. You will drive planning, staffing and execution across fight week and fight night, coordinating with venues, production teams, broadcasters, commissions and internal departments to ensure seamless delivery.
You will source and negotiate with venues and key suppliers, manage event production and schedules, and maintain strict adherence to budgets and safety requirements.
