Isabella Community Credit Union seeks an experienced leader to direct branch operations and member service across the organization. You will drive strategic plans, manage a multi-branch network, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while achieving growth and member satisfaction.

You will coach branch leadership, oversee budgets and resources, and partner with key departments to optimize service delivery and risk management in a fast-paced environment onsite.
