Now, we’re ready to scale our storytelling globally and make Shadow Phantom a category-defining brand.### Current Foundation* Established name, visual direction and positioning pillars focused on trust and innovation* Live public website, investor deck suite and early social presence across LinkedIn and X* Core brand system: typography, logo, color palette and visual identity library* Increasing traction through early content, motion design, storytelling and ecosystem visibility### The RoleWe’re looking for a Head of Brand Experience to elevate Shadow Phantom’s creative and emotional impact, shaping how the world experiences our story, our technology and our mission.### Mission* Transform Shadow Phantom from a high-potential cybersecurity company into an iconic movement that inspires trust, intelligence and invisible protection* Strengthen the external brand (awareness, credibility, emotional connection) and internal brand (alignment, purpose, shared voice)### What You Will Do* Lead the creative strategy across video, design, storytelling and brand experience* Create cinematic, emotionally powerful videos that bring our vision and technology to life* Drive social storytelling across LinkedIn, YouTube and emerging channels to grow awareness* Evolve and scale our brand system (motion, typography, color, tone, sound)* Translate complex product ideas into simple, inspiring narratives alongside engineering and product teams* Design launch moments and marketing campaigns that make each release an event* Build a repeatable storytelling engine for social, founder content and community engagement* Measure engagement, sentiment and reach to continuously refine direction* Represent Shadow Phantom in major design, startup and creative competitions### Success Looks Like* A world-class brand identity and experience that clearly differentiates us from Wiz, Orca Security and Aqua Security* Cohesive storytelling across the website, campaigns and investor materials that resonate emotionally and professionally* Tangible growth in social presence, engagement and brand authority* A unified internal culture where every team member embodies the brand’s voice and values### What You Bring* Proven experience in brand storytelling, creative direction or experience design (preferably in tech, AI or cybersecurity)* Expertise in video production, motion graphics or visual storytelling* Deep understanding of social media narratives and growth mechanics (LinkedIn, YouTube, X)* Strong aesthetic judgment with a cinematic eye for pacing, composition and emotion* Collaborative mindset with founders and engineers; thrives in a creative, high-energy team* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Runway, Pika or similar tools### Ways of Working & Resources* Lean but impactful setup with existing assets, design system and media library* Post-funding budget for premium design, video and web collaborations* Smart scaling strategy: freelancers first, then a focused creative team### Why Join* Shape the visual and emotional identity of a fast-emerging cybersecurity brand* Build on strong foundations and take us from promising to unforgettable* Real ownership: equity pre-funding, salary post-funding* Global reach, remote-first collaboration and creative freedom## Responsibilities* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success* Implement and maintain high-quality solutions aligned with company goals* Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement* Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with security standards## Qualifications### Required* Relevant degree or equivalent experience in the field* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail* Experience with modern tools and technologies relevant to the role### Preferred* Advanced certifications in relevant technologies* Experience in a similar role within the cybersecurity industry* Strong communication and leadership skills## Benefits### Flexible WorkChoose remote, hybrid or on-site work arrangements.### Career GrowthAccess to training and career development programs.### Stock OptionsEquity opportunities for eligible employees.1.
