Job description
e.l.f. Beauty seeks a senior partnerships leader to shape breakthrough collaborations that elevate culture and drive growth. You will own end-to-end strategy, build trusted external relationships, and push creative campaigns across our brands and entertainment ecosystems.
This role requires 8+ years in brand marketing or partnerships, a marketing MBA is a plus, and a passion for fast-paced, culturally fluent work. Hybrid work posture with in-office and remote flexibility.
