Capital One is seeking a Product Design Director for its Business Travel team within Experience Design. You will lead a cross-disciplinary design organization, shaping end-to-end native experiences and collaborating closely with product, research, and technical partners to drive business impact and customer value.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in product design, 3+ years in leadership, and a track record of delivering strategic design across UX, UI, and service design.
