We're helping our client, a community bank in Orange County, fill a Head of Specialty Banking (Treasury/Cash Management Sales), reporting directly to the CEO. The position, reporting to the CEO, would oversee a team of 4 mainly focused on selling treasury and cash management products. (They cover many industries but have been having particular success with title and escrow, property management, and payroll companies.)
Candidates must have:
A strong track record of leadership in treasury management sales and/or cash management sales in banking
10+ years of banking experience from a sales or relationship management-oriented field
Executive polish/charisma/ability to maintain relationships with all the major decision makers at the bank.
The ability to work in the corporate office five days a week.
