Job description
Rush University Medical Center in Chicago seeks a Director for the Cell Therapy Institute (CTI) to lead the CTI Operations, oversee budgets, grants, and staff, and coordinate with the BMT/Cell Therapy leadership to implement policies and strategic plans.
The role requires advanced Bone Marrow Transplant experience, prior management experience, and strong analytical and communication skills to oversee clinical trials and institute-wide initiatives.
