Job description
ASM’s Head of Change Management leads the enterprise change, adoption and capability agenda for the Global Digital Transformation (GDT) organization. You will partner with business functions and senior leaders to drive adoption of data, processes, AI and platforms to deliver measurable business outcomes.
You will set standards, roadmaps and governance to ensure readiness, value realization and sustained new ways of working across ASM’s global portfolio.
