Are you a proven sales leader with a passion for coaching, developing high-performing teams, and driving commercial growth? We are partnering with a rapidly expanding global data and analytics provider seeking an experienced sales leader to oversee new business development efforts and build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
This is a leadership-first opportunity. While individual sales success is important, the core focus of the role is developing, mentoring, and enabling a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed targets. The successful candidate will bring a hands-on coaching approach, helping team members improve across account planning, prospecting, pipeline generation, forecasting, negotiation, and strategic deal execution.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching, and developing a team of B2B sales professionals focused on new client acquisition
Driving sales excellence through data-driven decision making, performance analysis, and forecasting
Working cross-functionally with product, marketing, customer success, and operations teams to maximize commercial outcomes
Requirements:
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets
Experience leading, managing, and coaching sales teams, ideally in a player-coach or formal management capacity
Experience selling subscription-based data, research, analytics, intelligence, or software solutions is highly preferred
Exposure to commodity, energy, natural resources, capital markets, financial data, market intelligence, or adjacent sectors would be a significant advantage
