Job description
Tishman Speyer is seeking a Director of Operational Excellence, Client Experience, & Strategy for its NYC portfolio. This senior leader will drive operational performance, service quality, and client satisfaction across commercial cleaning, reporting to CSTS leadership.
The role partners with MD Operations, Account Management, HR, and senior leaders to address concerns, protect client relationships, and translate field insights into scalable improvements. Onsite presence is required.
