Andes is seeking a Head of Sales in Alameda with a strong track record in B2B sales within carbon markets or sustainability. You will drive revenue growth, own the sales strategy, and build senior-level buyer relationships while representing Andes at key industry events.
The role prefers candidates based in the Bay Area who can work on-site four days a week. Requires 7–10+ years in B2B sales, a Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus), and willingness to travel.
