Job description
Ray Therapeutics seeks an Executive Medical Director, Clinical Development in Berkeley, CA. You will provide strategic medical leadership for a portfolio of clinical assets, shape development strategy, and lead protocol design across trial stages in a hybrid work setting.
The ideal candidate has MD/DO, 7–10 years in biotech or pharma, deep ophthalmology or neuroscience expertise, and proven cross-functional leadership to drive regulatory submissions and pivotal studies.
