Job description
Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth across multi-site operations. You will identify new opportunities, build partnerships with pharma and CROs, and lead BD initiatives to secure contracts and expand our clinical research services.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in BD or sales within clinical research, with CNS/Neuro focus. MBA/PhD/MD preferred; strong networking, presentation, and collaboration skills are required.
