Job description
Anthropic is seeking a Manager, Customer Success – Commercial to lead a team of ~5 CSMs serving mid-market and SMB accounts across API, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code. You will craft scalable CS motions, guide account strategies, and drive value realization to expand our footprint.
You will coach leaders, partner with Sales and AI teams, and build processes to improve retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction while championing responsible AI.
