Klaviyo is hiring a Head of Comp to redesign our global pay framework and align rewards with our business strategy. You’ll own comp architecture, multi-year equity models, and cross‑functional partnerships to attract and retain top talent.
This role blends strategic design with data‑driven execution, defining market pricing, pay transparency, and governance. You’ll partner with Finance, Talent Acquisition and executives to ensure compensation scales with growth and success.
