Job description
Newrez in Coppell, TX is seeking an experienced Dialer Operations Leader to manage the staff and day-to-day call center functions within our collections operations. You will act as the primary contact for telephony projects and ensure compliance with FDCPA, TCPA, and state regulations while driving performance.
You will supervise change management, KPI development, and platform enhancements, coordinating with IT, Compliance, Legal, and vendor partners to optimize outbound calling and collections
